Tools Rules Empty Tools Rules

1. Don't post spam or threads saying "Help with tool".

2. Ask for help in the thread for said tool.

3. If you post a thread, but there's no tool download for it, it will be closed until you PM a mod saying you have the download. That and it's in the thread.

4. Don't post saying "How do I make a tool". Use google for that.
